Ang'Yee was rocking the airwaves at Shade45 for 6 years, she decided not to renew her contract and move on to Power 105. Charlamagne, former Wendy Williams sidekick had a short stint in a local Philly radio and was let go after an "controversial" interview he did with Beanie Sigel. Rumors were that Jay and the Illuminati crew orchestrated the coup. Not. And DJ Envy was at Hot 97 and joined the station a few months back.

Great seeing NY cats and other rappers supporting each others. Obviously they didn't have to show up since Kanye was also holding his album release concert in NY later that night. Great support.

Mr. West brought out the big guns for this one. Kanye performed the whole album in it's original sequencing with special guest dropping here and there. We're talking Teyana Taylor, Bon Iver, Mike Dean, nicki Minaj, Rick Ross, John Legend, Pusha T and Cyhi Da Prince.
And of course Kanye closed out the show with a 10-minute rant aimed at Bush and Taylor Swift. He also thanked the fans and bragged a lil bit. Gotta love him.

Many of you will disagree with his choice. Sure Waka was deserving of a cover this Summer but now I'm not too sure. He had to overlook Kanye, Jay and Nicki, tough pill to swallow. Kanye West On"The Today Show" w/ Matt Lauer
Last night Kanye went on a Twitter rant and lashed out at Matt Lauer for a poor lack of professionalism during the interview he gave him.
Mr. West felt ambushed and cornered when Matt insisted that Kanye looks at Bush's face on the monitor screen and expresses his remorse also when asked about the MTV/Taylor Swift incident, Kanye wasn't too fond of the producers running the clip over and over again while he was answering the question.
Kanye and his management team will no longer grant interview requests until the end of his promotional tour to focus solely on the Music.
Yeezy is currently working on a collaborative album with Jay-Z "Watch The Throne", coming out next year.
