When Video Games Turn into Reality

A 17 year old Denver,CO boy is being charged for the death of a 7 year old girl he was baby sitting with his girlfriend, the sister of the victim. The teenager started reenacting scenes of the violent video game Mortal Kombat by punching, kicking, twisting her arms and holding her by her ankles. she died of force-blunt trauma to the head. The young teen later confessed to a friend that

he was doing martial arts on her (the victim) and that his hands were registered weapons

They are both standing trial as adults.
