Tesla Motors unveiled its new electric model today. After the $7,500 tax break, the Model S will start at just under $50,000. Tesla claims you could squeeze 300 miles out of the batteries which can be fully recharged in 4 hours.
0 to 60 in 5.5 seconds. It should go into production in 2011.
