Maricopa County (Arizona) Sheriff Joe Arpaio said the Phoenix Suns center’s use of a racially derogatory word and other foul language during his freestyle rant against Kobe Bryant left him no choice. Arpaio made Shaq a special deputy in 2006 and promoted him to colonel of his largely ceremonial posse later that year.
Yesterday he announced he was taking back those badges. Miami Dade County has also made him an honorary member and they released a statement today saying they won't discipline him for that.
And Nas basically cosigned what Shaq was saying about Kobe, here's what he had to say to TMZ about it:
Shaq is my man, f*ck Kobe,Shaq is my man, biggup to Shaq.
You forgot to say no homo Nas, or did you mean it? Not smart to follow up Shaq statement about how his ass tastes with "he's my man" . I'm just saying...Lol!
