I'm going to summarize this whole series in one sentence: Defense wins Championships. Boston has the best team defense in the league and they proved it once again last night by spanking the Lakers. It was painful and embarrassing to watch, we lost by 39 points. After the game I had to close my phone just to avoid my friends rubbing the loss to my face.
Congratulations to Boston for a well deserved win. Big Ticket, Allen and The Truth got finally their rings and it's about damn time. KG was really emotional after the game, that's how bad he and his teammates wanted it.
Paul Pierce is the NBA Finals MVP, strong and consistent throughout the series with an impressive sense of leadership. Oh by the way Rondo won that game for them with his steals efensively and his quickness on the offensive side.

Ok this is the part where I fulfill a promise (more like a bet loss) made to a friend who predicted that my Lakers will lose the Finals. In case of a loss I had to give him a shout out and praise his sports abilities in making the right predictions (he also had the Giants for the Super Bowl when I was ruling for the Patriots). So this is to you Kev, you are the Man, I won't doubt your skills anymore.
