Katt Williams Goes Hard @ Steve Harvey

I don't know what prompted the beef but Katt has a few funny lines in this.
He also had a diss song aimed at Ricky Smiley. This was a poor attempt to sell some tickets for their New Year's Eve Comedy Show in Detroit.
