Blago is out by a unanimous vote at the Illinois Senate of 59-0 as Governor of Illinois. You could tell the Illinois Congress was patiently waiting (for years) for one good reason to start that impeachment process.
I'm going to play devil's advocate here and say that Blago was guilty before proven innocent, the federal criminal complaint filed against him wasn't a conviction and the prosecutor has yet to prove his case.
Still, good riddance! The people of Illinois are better off now.

This approach is combined with the latest appointment of a special envoy to that region that will negotiate long term Peace deals on behalf of Obama's Administration.
