All of a sudden the Clippers are contenders in the West. Elton Brand is expected to re-sign with them and this could become a dangerous duo. Surprisingly the Clippers are spending some money this summer, I thought they'll be clearing some capital room to sign some free agents in a few years but no, they want to win next year.
