This is more than a coincidence, last year Miss USA Rachel Smith fell at the same competition and this year Crystle Stewart fall, conspiracy or just coincidence? I'm going on the limb and say she did it on purpose to pay tribute.
Miss Venezuela won the contest. It was dominated by Latin America, the four top spots were held by them. Venezuela, Colombia, Dominican Republic and Mexico, in respective order.
