40 Glocc Allegedly Confronts Lil Wayne

The only reason his claim is legitimate is that the bodyguard that comes out the SUV is the same that is in the "Millie" Video, so if he's there Lil Wayne must be, right? What I don't get is what is Lil Wayne doing in a Los Angeles hood, buying some weed? 40 Glocc is more famous for his videos than his music, last time he claimed to have robbed Tyga's chain (Wayne's artist).
